Coordinator on phone fast efficient. After booking truck was here in no time within 20 mins. I enquired over half recovery companies ring one after another. S.M.Recovery 24/7 opened arms instantly. Also gave me an affordable quote compared to all. To top it off, the recovery driver recovered my car which had front left wheel hanging with such ease. Very polite, professional seemingly with alot of experience. I won't jinx myself of being in this situation again but if so, I would not need to panic because S.M.Recovery 24/7 will always be there. My partner broke down on the motorway and after a nightmare trying to deal with the AA I gave up and called S.M Recovery.
They arrived quickly and gave fantastic service for a reasonable price, and the driver Umer was very kind and polite to my partner.

Today I had the pleasure to meet Omer from S.M Recovery
I cannot praise Omer enough for going above and beyond to rescue me from what seemed an impossible task. I had little hope when I got stuck 100 meters in the middle of a bogged field, even the local farmer”s said they could not help in that particular field due to the lack of drainage the field is very wet. But with Omer’s winch, dedication and persistence he got me out.
