I have had a on going problem with the roof on the back of my house for some time, which was repaired by a company in Peterborough about ten years ago,but it has always leaked when we have had heavy rainfall, I got in touch with Steve Kent and he turned up on time to give me a quote, the quote was a fair price so we had the work done, he carried out every thing he said they would do to rectify the problem, and guess what, I can finally not worry any more when it rains, thanks Johnnie and Lou you did a good job, Steve came and inspected the work that was carried out to sign it off as completed, will defiantly recommend Steve Kent.

I recently had need of a roofer and was advised to contact Steve Kent. Not only did he turn up at a moments notice to assess the situation but he quickly made arrangements to fix the broken tiles on my roof to stop the immediate influx of water. Further assessment and a torrential downpour found me in the loft with numerous buckets and bowls. Steve immediately re-arranged other work and ensured that the leaks were fixed before any damage could be done. He completely refelted the roof and relaid the tiles at very competitive rates. All of this was done by Steve and his team of helpful and cheerful employees in the fastest time possible. It is very rare these days to find somebody as reliable and conscientious, even extending to getting the scaffolding removed and the area cleaned up after completion of the work despite my absence for a few days. If I ever need a builder for any future jobs I will definitely call on the services of SM Kent and so should you if you want a reliable, fast and efficient firm of builders.
