I'm deeply disappointed with the service center's conduct. Their immediate disparagement of my Jeep was unprofessional and disrespectful. The subsequent lack of communication during the two-day wait was unacceptable, forcing me to seek help elsewhere. SM Auto's reputation means little if they fail to uphold basic standards of professionalism and customer service. Blaming parts procurement for their incompetence is no excuse. They need to invest in staff training and improve communication channels immediately. Until they demonstrate genuine respect for customers and their vehicles, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others of their subpar service.

Always use this garage. Now under new management but not to worry as they are friendly and informative. Had my MOT and service done and happy with the work and service.

Took my car in for an m.o.t and found there were new owners so was a little anxous. Can't fault the guys, they were so helpful in explaining what needed sorting and had the work done quickly.

Used this garage to solve a creek. After £200 bill I was told it was complete only to find out the replacement part didn't solve the problem. When I called back and explained I was told to go f#$k myself by the wife of the Owener Steve then hung up on me. They actually made my car worse and when I returned the next day to collect various parts they had left off Steve was Extremely rude and said they didn't want the work. The rattle was coming from the droplink they changed July the year before but refused to replacement them even though they were under warranty. I had another garage look at my car and found out that when they replaced the top suspension strut they didn't tighten the droplink up either causing futher damage. I'm currently in the process of collecting all the evidence including recording of calls etc to take the yo a small claims court. Strongly recommend NOT TO USE THIS GARAGE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR!

I was struggling to find a garage that could fix a minor problem until a younger relative recommended SM Autos. Vehicle booked in & fault diagnosed, new part fitted & tested satisfactory in an hour. Excellent friendly service.
