Sean came up with the drawings and then project managed all the work for our garage conversion and utility extension. The process was completely hassle-free for us. The builders and tradespeople were all excellent and turned up exactly when they should, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Sean kept us informed and carried out inspections regularly to check everything was on track. He was very easy to get in touch with and responded promptly to any queries. I would 100% recommend Sean. We are delighted with the work.

All round good service - Sun Room Extension

We used SL Architectural & Building Services Ltd for a Sun Room Extension.The whole process was very stress free from start to finish, Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The council approval for our extension went through with no issues at all (I have previous experience of this so I know if things aren't right it can take time). We got a number of different quotations from different companies and we found this to be the most competitive. Quality of the workmanship was very good and you were kept up to date with what the progress was and the next steps. I would certainly use again.

Professional, friendly, reliable service.

Used Sean for architectural drawings for our garage conversion three years ago after my sister was pleased with the service his company provided. The conversion was the best thing that we have done to the house and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Sean was friendly and professional do deal with and always got back to us on queries immediately. He also organized the required trades which were reliable and of a high standard. Since, we have recommended him to friends. The garage room is used daily and has been a great investment.

Extension to create a larger family room

Once project started the works took place smoothly with no real breaks in work, the works were planned well with extension more or less complete prior to the breakthrough meaning the disruption to the house was minimal. I was satisfied that all works were carried out to a high standard with any small snags dealt with in a timely manner.
