The micro usb port was damaged on my tablet, so I called Simon and was delighted by his fair & honest appraisal. He kindly checked the replacement value of a new model so I could choose if the work was worth doing. I did go for the repair and couldn't be happier. Simon is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with & provides a swift, thorough service for a great price too. I was kept informed of all that needed to be done and was delighted with the results. I was provided with a detailed receipt, an explanation of the work & parts required. I will certainly use SJ Systems again and heartily recommend Simon to anyone looking for good reliable and friendly service. It's not always easy to find someone you can trust with such important and essential devices, and it's a tremendous comfort to have 'found' SJ Systems. Sensational..Thankyou so much.
