Our business is based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, we are able to work on projects within an 30 mile radius

We specialise in home improvements such as extensions and complete home rennovations. We are unique in comparison to other constructions firms as we only work on one large project at a time, we work with other trades such as electricians, plumbers and interior designers which enables us to see your project through from start to finish. From grounds work right through to electrics sign off, decorating and other finishing touches

We are also specialists in modern flat roof techniques such as warm roof systems, fibre glass and rubber roof systems.

Our services extend to offer smaller projects such as bathrooms, kitchens and carpentry requirements

We are always happy to discuss your requirements and provide a detailed no obligation quotation

Steve is a talented builder with experience as a roofer, carpenter, and plasterer, enabling him to bring multiple trades together seamlessly. His team is friendly, courteous, and polite— we felt very comfortable having them in our home. They work hard, keep everything tidy, and maintain excellent communication throughout the project. Steve is fair and easy to deal with, and his professionalism leads to outstanding results. If you’re looking for quality workmanship and a great team, they’re a very good choice.

I'd highly recommended Steve and his team, their experience is so valuable, we wanted an extension on our property but couldn't visualise it, Steve helped us with ideas of layout and was able to provide a quote to suit our budget. Steve saw the project through from start to finish which was very reassuring, he also liased with building control throughout which was a huge weight off our shoulders as we were clueless! Fabulous builder and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks.

Outstanding builder we highly recommend Steve as he is friendly, brilliant at his job and has a team of work people who are equally respectful, helpful and go the extra distance. We've had Steve do an extention and new kitchen and helped with ideas on layouts, materials and sources materials to fit budget. High quality workmanship and always tidy and worked to the time scales. Great service and always tidy.

A competent, fair builder who you can trust,A skilled builder who you can trust

Steve is a competent and reliable builder who you can trust to get the job done with a can do attitude. Initially Steve stepped in to help with a project that was going sideways with another builder, and then continued to build a complicated front extension whilst we lived on site. He knows his stuff and not only project managed the build as well, but tried his utmost to stick to the agreed timeframe, whilst ensuring minimum disruption. He also liaised throughout with planning and building control - He is fair on price - you get what you pay for and any extras were agreed up front and communicated - this is really important in building trust. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve and will definitely use him again on any future work.

A great builder to work with

We found Steve to be friendly and flexible. To say I was not the easiest of clients as I work for an interior designer and am passionate about interiors would be an understatement, but Steve understood what I was trying to see, contributed ideas and helped me execute exactly what I wanted and to find solutions when what I wanted wasn't possible!! I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.
