Excellent

I have been going to this practise for many years, first with my mother and now alone. Service always excellent, pre Covid, during Covid and up too now. Never had any problems at all. Everyone always helpful and friendly, highly recommend this practise.

First class care

5
Excellent care from Stephen Horsburgh. He has dealt with and sorted out painful conditions for several members of the family, including myself, over the years. As a former GP I am in a position to say he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and I have suggested many of my patients visit him if they were able to financially, if they were unable to receive timely care on the NHS. The clinic is always immaculately clean and throughout the pandemic and beyond he has maintained a very hygienic service especially with the continued use of masks for staff and patients. I am particularly glad of this as I am on immune-suppression and continue to be at risk.
First class care, thank you.

Expert in his field

Mr Horsbrugh came highly recommended by an excellent consultant.

Mr Horsbrugh works with accuracy and efficiency. He was confident in his diagnostic and received his expert attention whilst in his care.

i have read other people's reviews and i am glad to hear that Mr Horsbrugh holds his ground about mask wearing. This further confirms his seriousness.

Excellent services with admirable COVID-19 precautions

5
Friendly, professional staff who instantly made me feel at ease. As someone who is at high risk of COVID-19 complications I found the face mask policy incredibly reassuring and was confident in the risk assessments this practice had undertaken in regards to COVID-19 transmission. I would recommend this practice to anyone requiring podiatry services!

Discriminatory, Highly unprofessional, unkind behaviour from this business who are ill informed

1
Breaking the law and principles on common decency and humanity by refusing to treat people not wearing masks.
Health professionals / businesses behaving like this is very disappointing; discrimination on the grounds of if people cover their faces or not (for whatever reason) is
- contrary to the laws on disability.
- contrary to the equality laws regards protected characteristics.
- contrary to laws on CONSENT to INTERVENTIONS.
- A dereliction of duty of care.

Health professionals registered with the HCPC should know that failing to treat, dehumanise & humiliating people for not wear "face coverings" is unacceptable and liable to complaint to HCPC and legal action. Hopefully this HP will check his Standards of Practice, the Equalities Act & disability rights info online to inform himself and all staff of the wrongs they've committed & have opened themselves up to legal action.
