We purchased a new satellite receiver box recently in order to view HD TV programmes. When we switched boxes we encountered signal strength issues and so we called in Steve who had done some earlier work for us (see previous review). Once more Steve did an excellent job and quickly identified the issue - an ancient satellite cable beyond it's sell by date. This was replaced the next day, in very unpleasant weather conditions, and we were soon up and running. Thanks Steve for an excellent job and great customer service. John H.

We asked Steve to come out to help us with our satellite dish, which was suffering from intermittent signal which made it increasingly impossible to watch television without it constantly fritzing out. This had been getting worse over the last year, and previously we had tried asking two companies for help, who had either not turned up, or turned up and charged for a "repair" which didn't help.

Steve arrived and diagnosed the problem as the arm our dish was attached to. He also pointed out how the bracket attaching to this arm had been tightened so much it made the underlying issue worse. After attempting to fix the arm we had, he decided we needed a new one and travelled to get it, returning an hour later, also promising not to charge us if it didn't work.

Attaching the new arm and also replacing and re-aligning the dish, the signal immediately improved. The price charged was reasonable compared to the other company, and I honestly cannot recommend Steve enough.

Steve came to fit an ariel for us lots of obstacles in his way but after trying lots of different things he got everything up and running for us. Very professional on time and just a real genuine man. Highly recommended 5 stars. Thanks Steve.

I called SJ Connexions about 12.00 noon, and he booked a slot between 4 and 5 pm. 5.00 pm. Steve came at 5.pm, assess the problem, confirmed that the satellite dish is in good condition and all that is need is the cable connections which were loose and eroded. He tested the positioning of the dish and the LNB for a good signal and checked and replaced the connections to the dish and my tv decoder; job done in less than one hour, and a very good price.

I called a company last week and the Guy told me that the dish has to be moved to a higher position and new cable installed for better and improved signal.

Perfect gentleman. No fuss no issues.
