S I G Roofing

Popped into Tysley SIG roofing branch. I know nothing about roofing and the 3 staff who helped me were great. They were patient, gave me good advice and some samples of roof tiles and felt. We discussed how to repair
damaged felt in the loft.
The overal feeling was that Jeff and his 2 colleagues had treated with respect and made me feel like a valued customer.
I will certainly go back again and recommend SIG.

Ordered some tiles, about 2 grands worth. Promised delivery in 2 weeks time on a Friday. Friday came, scaffolding up, lads waiting for delivery, called them up and they said sorry it's not coming till Monday.

Paid 2 lads half a day for nothing.

Lads turned up Monday promised first drop. They didn't come. Rang up they said soz it will be Tuesday. Materials eventually came on the Thursday. They never call you back and cannot organise deliveries. Absolutely useless, they give SIG a bad name.

Really helpful staff, sorted out what we needed, found it for us to choose the exact product, priced it and then helped us to put it in the car.
No problems at all, just a nice, friendly transaction.

I sent in a very reasonable request for some help in deciding which sheets to go for and this is the response I got.

We are a supply only company and regret we do not offer an advice service as to quantities or requirements as all projects are different ie one person may require 3 x 2m sheets another wants 2 x 3m for similar project.

This is almost totally unrelated to my original question of "What is the maximum size panel available?"

They certainly wont be getting our business.
