Excellent roofing team
5He replaced part of our roof in the autumn but I wanted to wait for this review until the roof had weathered the winter.
What they did right
1 They came to assess within a couple of days of our contact and provided a detailed quote that evening.
2 They made sure they understood exactly what we were asking for (they even provided a sample of the tile)
3 They arrived when they said they would (albeit 5 minutes early)
4 They finished well within their estimated time
5 They left our place spotless
What they didn't do as well.
Nothing! We couldn't think of anything we didn't like
Talking to his team, between the 3 of them, they had over 100 years of roofing experience, and it showed.
Since they completed their work, we have had our winter (Hertfordshire) and suffered two names stormed and the rest of the winter felt like continual rain/ice.
The roof is still as good as new.
We have no hesitation in recommending them
