Sean deleted my review on Facebook. He was extremely unreliable the entire time, many different excuses of why he couldn’t turn up. Weeks on, he rushed the job due to booking a new job in. He left me with no water pressure, didn’t silicone behind the freestanding bath, left me with a leak coming from the sink, didn’t replace our window sills that he ripped out, installed wooden beading and left it unpainted with nails hanging out, bathroom door now doesn’t open and close freely since he re hung it, he did such a poor job of the silicone around the entire bathroom that I had to pay out £300 for someone to re do it, he didn’t clean under or behind the freestanding bath before installing it now I have no way of ever cleaning it. We agreed on 6 appointments for him to return to finish the job and he never turned up. Three months on the middle floor tile is moving, all the grout around it cracked, I messaged him querying this and he blocked me. I’m now in the process of taking legal action.
