At S.H.E. Holistics, you are at the centre of any support and therapy we provide.

I am a Reiki Master with 15 years experience and a Sound Therapy Practitioner. I am also an accredited therapist with IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)

Our ultimate aim is your wellbeing and relaxation. We are friendly and approachable, please feel free to call and discuss any queries and therapies.

We are based at Ivy House in Otley for 1:1 Reiki and Holistic Therapies.

Sound Baths and Meditation Groups are held on a Monday at UPCO, 7 Courthouse Street in Otley at 730pm. Booking details and other information is shown below.

I went along to my first sound bath with Julia recently and it was amazing! Gorgeous relaxed environment. As soon as I entered the room I felt at ease and welcome. A beautiful aura cleanse and card read was an additional bonus. The sound Bath was amazing, beautiful and relaxing. I will be going back again soon. Highly recommended.

Went for my first sound bath this week and it was fantastic, couldn’t recommend it more! Left feeling more calm and relaxed than I’ve felt in a long time- highly recommend and very reasonably priced.
