I have always had excellent service from S G Petch whether buying a car, of which I have had several Kia's, or having them serviced. The workmanship is of the highest quality and always finished on time. The service team are very helpful and a special mention to Gary Winteringham, whom I have bought all my Kia's from. He is a credit to S G Petch.

Damaged rear poor repair

I am reluctantly writing this review I purchased a Mercedes E Class
6 months ago REG KU10XKM The car has been damaged at the rear
and repaired ,I have tried to make contact with the salesman that sold
me the car and cannot get any reply .
I mentioned when I bought the car I do some towing and needed a tow
bar.
I need to know how badly damaged the car was before the repair .
but I find theres is no interest now 6 months on
