I spotted a pre-registered Ioniq Electric on Autotrader at a good price. After calling them to negotiate an agreed price, I was very happy with the straight purchase deal we reached. I travelled up to Durham by train and was met as agreed at the station by their friendly driver. The dealership was short staffed on the day but was offered tea and a mince pie while I waited and was given the keys to inspect the car. The car was like new as expected and all went smoothly with the handover. I had a 200 mile journey home so was pleased to find the car fully charged as expected. All in all a very positive experience. Pity, that I’m so far away that I won’t be be able to test their after sales service. But, maybe I’ll be back to buy my next replacement car if they are as price competitive in future?

I was a returning customer having bought a Mazda 3 from the branch a little over 3 years ago. I was interested in a pre-reg Mazda 6 SE-L Nav + Before going to view the car I spoke to Alan Copeland by telephone and e-mail. Alan had sold me my Mazda 3. Nothing had changed, service was outstanding, customer care exemplary and the show room clean tidy and welcoming. I would find it hard to find a negative point, no pushy salesmen, nice coffee, everyone friendly and helpful. Oh and the car is amazing, performance, build quality and loads of great features at a very reasonable price.
