We are based in Cardiff, a family run business with over 40 years experience. We supply and fit towbars with vehicle specific wiring and coding if required

At SGM Towing we have over 40 years of unbeaten professional experience. Since being established in 1976 it has been our aim to offer a quality product and service at a competitive price.

Being a fitting centre for Westfalia/Witter towbars, we are able to fit towbars for cars, vans and motor homes. We also provide the following services for motor homes; Gas low systems, solar panels, hydraulic leveller, air suspension, parking sensors.

As Wales' largest independent Thule dealer we stock a wide range of Thule Roof Racks and Cycle Racks both Towbar mounted and roof mounted. We also have Thule Roof boxes and ski carriers. Roof Boxes are available to hire with roof rack included.

We are also stockist of the Rhino Commercial roof rack systems and rear steps.

Here at SGM we have a large stock of trailers, car transporters, camping trailers and motorbike trailers available to hire or to buy. In addition we provide trailer servicing and repairs.

Transporter T6 towbar

Just had a Westfalia removable towbar fitted to my T6 Transporter. Top of the range service, very friendly, and incredibly fast fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was well explained upon completion.
Couldn't recommend then highly enough.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, reasonable price

Needed a replacement jockey wheel for my caravan. Called SGM and found them very helpful and knowledgeable. Called in and picked up the recommended replacement. Very helpful again and the price was more that reasonable for a heavy duty jockey wheel. They had a large selection in stock to choose from.
Will definitely use them again.

Outstanding Service

Fantastic service. Gary ordered a new swan neck detachable witter tow hitch for me. It came the next day and was fitted by by his efficient young technician. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A highly recommended company. A delight to deal with.
