Audi experts they most definitely are. They take the time to explain any problems and are very fair with cost of parts and labour. Excellent communicators, sending photos of the work required which was a big plus for me. Fixed my A3 problem suspension and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

Great service as usual, squeezed me in with no notice when rear brake was binding and speed sensor fault. Then again a week later when door lock failed I was booked in straight away. Fixed same day, perfect.

I have booked an appointment to fit the window regulator more than 6 weeks ago, and reconfirmed my appointment two days before the appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment they refused to fit the part as the manager was away on holiday, and no body else is available to do it. I tried to call the manager to no avail. The appointment was reconfirmed by the manager himself (Shin) who should have known that he would be on holiday when he reconfirmed the appointment. The manager called me after returning from Holiday, and apologised for his staff mistake, however, while he himself previously confirmed that the price includes the part cost and the labour fee, he now wants to charge extra 60£, and instead of honouring his words, he started sending threatening messages.

I have used this garage for the past 3 years, for both repairs and services. They have always provided an excellent professional service. They are very friendly and work really hard to repair your car in the quickest possible time. The parts they use are genuine and they always return my car looking clean and tidy.
