Excellent service from a local tradesman

Can not fault the service received from Simon on the repair of my gas cooker. Very helpful over the phone, giving an honest opinion on price and fault diagnosis. Arrived a few days later and fully repaired the cooker at a very reasonable price. Courteous and polite throughout. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed a repair on a range style cooker and rang Simon and left a message. He rang me back later that day and was able to accurately diagnose the problem, and cost, over the phone and offered to repair it the next day. I asked for a different day which was fine and he text me the day before to give an approximate time. On the day he rang with the time he would arrive which was very convenient. The repair was completed efficiently and professionally by a conscientious, experienced engineer. This is good old fashioned service, far to rare these days

Removal of old cooker, and replacing and fitting of new.

Very pleasant, and helpful man, who respected our home. Explained various points, that was important we know. Cooker fitted perfectly, and other appliances checked for safety and leaks, ( both gas and electric). Delighted with the cost, and would use again. And recommend to others.
