S C S Scaffolding

I tray to call them twice and finally someone responded and assumed me to send someone in my property to give me an estimate for erecting a scaffold.
I wait all morning for that person to came and discuss and give me an estimate but nobody came . In the afternoon I call them back and start with apologies…!
After I accept her apology , that person assured me regarding call back in no more then 10 minutes , because she need to speak with someone in charge .
Right now it is more then two hours and I still wait for her response .
This is very upsetting and lack of respect regarding customer demand.
Also, I must confess something: … this company was highly recommended by the one manager from other company, roofing company, and I thinking it wasn’t necessary to keep digging and see the reviews of this company,
It was very bad !
If I was a little diligent I would see the truth behind the …highly recommendation and don’t spend my time waiting for nobody !!!
No recommend at all ..

Used SCS on our house for decorating - gave us a great quote, excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Rang company for quote for temporary roof lady on phone very pleasant and arranged for site visit met Simon to sort my requirements price was good for amount of work to be done when the scaffolders turned gang of three polite and hard-working cleaned up job well done will use company again thankyou mick

I have just completed a large extension on my house which I was nervous starting and was heavily let down by my builders. SCS came to erect the scaffolding and I told one of the men on site my issue about the builders. SCS gave me a recommendation for a new builder and individual roofer which was most helpful. I was also impressed with the speed at which the scaffold went up and came down, I have already recommended this firm to a couple of friends who are also thinking of having extensions
