Great service, very quick!
My vehicle had broken down with a flat tyre.
Tommy called and said he would be there in 30 mins. and arrived in that tone. He replaced the tyre very quickly in no time I was on my way!

Totally let down by this company.

Totally let down by this company. Got puncture at home, looked up mobile tyre fitters on Yell with my postcode as this company was first on list as covering my area. Called and gave details including address and postcode and we agreed would come between 9am - 12pm next day, as I needed car for urgent appt the day after that. Chased at 12.30pm and was told 15 minutes away, to 10 minutes later have call to check my postcode and asked, several times, if I was sure that was where I lived as he was 2 hours away. Yes, I know where I live! Turns out they wrote postcode down wrong, as SM rather than SN. They then informed me they don't actually cover my area and can't help me. The postcode they had written down doesn't even exist so they at no point beforehand checked. Made a already annoying situation much more painful. Extremely unprofessional.

Made a phone call for an emergency fitting and was provided with a good price only to find out after over an hour's wait that that quote was for cash only and was charged an extra £22 for paying card!! If they made me aware I would of got cash out from the cash machine. Poor communication and when I complained about this all they did was shrug their shoulders.

Didn’t show up!

I booked a tyre replacement with this company after reading the good reviews. I received an email to say that my booking had been made successfully for the following day, but nobody turned up on the day. I tried to contact SBL through email and phone but did not get an answer - would not recommend!
