Made a phone call for an emergency fitting and was provided with a good price only to find out after over an hour's wait that that quote was for cash only and was charged an extra £22 for paying card!! If they made me aware I would of got cash out from the cash machine. Poor communication and when I complained about this all they did was shrug their shoulders.

I booked a tyre replacement with this company after reading the good reviews. I received an email to say that my booking had been made successfully for the following day, but nobody turned up on the day. I tried to contact SBL through email and phone but did not get an answer - would not recommend!

Had to call out sbl tyres as had a puncture when I got back to my car after a long day at work.James came to the staff car park very promptly and had rang to let me know he was in his way which such a relief as I knew something was happening to help me out.James was not only able to remove my flat tyre but was able to repair it for me as well which meant I wouldn’t have to spend the next day getting it sorted.Couldn’t fault the service I received from James and he’s a credit to the company

Excellent service ... Two tyres had blown ...Zak came out within half an hour ... affordable price would definitely recommend
