Atrocious product and customer service. First delayed fitting windows for months, holding up my build. I had to get someone else to come and fit my front door. he then had the audacity to demand the money from me. Then one of my windows in the front downstairs lounge spontaneously smashed. He refused to come and repair it. I had to pay someone separately to come and replace the glass and it turned out he had fitted the window so tightly that he left no space for expansion. Then the poor fitting he had done on my upstairs window meant the window warped. This is all after only a year of fitting. I asked him to come and fix this to be then told again that I should find someone else. He took tens of thousands of pounds for shoddy workmanship and tried to chase me to pay him for work he hadnt even done. Disgusting man and a horrible business.
