Such A Great Company

I first brought an appliance from this firm a couple of years ago and it was a very satisfactory experience.
When my washing machine died two days ago there was only one place to visit.
A new Bosch machine was installed this morning by Stuart and Sean. They were so pleasant, thorough and tested every aspect of the installation too.
I would not use any other company for any appliance and can highly recommend S&D Ireland without reservation.

Appalling customer service - AVOID

Absolutely appalling customer service. Have used this company about 3 or 4 times in the past and seemed ok, however they must be struggling to recruit decent staff these days. Left work early to meet engineer at home. Arrived home before pre arranged appointment time and found note saying re arrange appointment - no reason given at all. Rang office to query this failed appointment - the guy on the end of the phone could not care less. 'DO YOU WANT TO RE ARRANGE OR NOT' ? was the only response he was capable of giving. Wasn't interested that they had made me leave work early for nothing - no apology, nothing.
As you can guess I definitely won't be re arranging .
Irelands - you really do need to sharpen up your customer service skills
and don't allow inept employees near the phone as they will only ruin your business.

Poor customer service

I wanted to support a local family business during these challenging times so I spent more than normal thinking I would get good customer service. The fridge freezer was delivered promptly but after five months the temperature was faulty. I called into the shop and was simply told to ring the manufacturer. So disappointing. I will not be buying my washing machine from them now.

The best white-goods family company excellent 5*

You can’t fault this family business, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my white goods I went 9-30am Monday morning. (Before anyone else !!!!!, ) had my Fridgefreezer installer by 11-30am. The usual fantastic service. Have used this company since 1993 .
Don’t go anywhere else they are fab company ,service wise many thanks jill xx
