Do not shop here

The service was absolutely terrible. After having to remind the man in the shop to write down the description of the carpet i wanted two times, then not being able to pay on my card to them ripping my wallpaper the whole experience was awful. I had to go to a cash point to pay for the carpet as there was no working card machine. I was quoted £180 when looking at the carpets then when I went to pay they said it was £189. They couldn't give me a time the fitter was coming. Couldn't even say if it was morning or afternoon, just said I'd get a call when they are on the way!! No good if you have work!! Then the fitters came, fitted the carpet well but damaged 4 lines of fresh wallpaper. They came back to take photos after I complained, the bloke in the shop said he couldn't see any damage and had the audacity to blame my daughter who hadn't even been in the house for 2 days. Not once did anyone apologise that I was having to complain let alone an offer of compensation.
