The lady with the tattoos on the prescriptions desk is a star in my opinion, a few times when I’ve had issues with my prescription she has sorted it. She’s a star.

Perfect Doctor!

Dr. Spill, a wonderful man and a very thorough doctor! Saw him at a moment's notice just yesterday early evening and he gave me time, understanding and valuable advice when I most needed it. Elderly he is but any young aspiring doctors can learn much from him. 22nd March, 2023.

Joined surgery when Rhoslan closed and merged into West End Medical Centre Dec 2022... and only every had great service from receptionists and Doctors and physio....very pleased Mr & Mrs Butterworth

Avoid at all costs!

As a new patient at this surgery i can honestly say that the service i have received so far is absolutely disgusting. The receptionist (a woman called kay) maybe the rudest person i have ever encountered! You cant get an appointment for love nor money, and noone will contact you back even after they promise they will. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
