Very thorough eye examination, everything fully explained regarding my eyes and help and advice given. I was given expert help in choosing my new glasses and at the fitting my glasses were expertly altered to fit me and checks were made to make sure I could see correctly . I was also advised to go back if there were any problems in the future.
