Superb service from start to finish ,booking the job was handled in a very professional manner, the repair undertaken in a timely manner with all the correct PPE being worn.......very reassuring.

Absolutely fantastic service, heating fully packed in during the cold spell in February. After years of niggling and repairs we decided after the engineer gave us our options to go with a new boiler. Chris has been to repair our boiler numerous times over the last 5 years and always gave us his honest opinion so it made sense to stick with Russell’s for the new boiler. We had a new Worcester fitted less than 7 days after our heating stopped working as they made us a priority. Zach came nice and early on the day they told us, very polite and respectful of the house. I left him with the house key and off I went to work. Same again the next day. You wouldn’t of thought I had workmen round, he left the house spotless and no trace of dust or materials etc. Chris came round to make sure I was happy with everything and the week later Zach came round to register everything and again make sure I was happy. Fantastic service, great aftercare.

Woke to find our heating had broken. Phoned to request a visit to remedy and Chris was at my door only 20 minutes later! Sadly too old a boiler to make repair worthwhile but a new one was ordered and being fitted by Zach and apprentice at 1 o’clock the same day. We had heating back that night. Incredible service! Very reasonable price. The team are always friendly and tidy workers. Thank you again Rich and Frances

Reliable and reasonably priced; when you book you get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The engineers are polite and efficient, and able to diagnose and fix the problem. You don't get the same person each time, but this is only to be expected in a firm this size. Good service for the price.
