We are Russell Automotive Centre and we are Londons leading independent Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and Bentley specialists. We are a family-owned, multi national award-winning garage based in Kingsbury in North-West London.
All Russell Automotive Centre technicians, including an Audi/Volkswagen Master Technician, have extensive experience of working for an Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda or Bentley main dealer. We know these cars extremely well and work on them all day long, day in day out. There is little that will surprise us! The difference between us and a main dealer is we will save you up to 50% of the labour costs.
We have held the title for Best Independent Audi Service Provider since 2008 and were Highly Commended Independent Garage of the Year at the 2013 and 2016 Motor Trader Awards and winners of the Independent Garage of the Year 2014.

5Recently, my dash board indicated that a service was due. I booked in a service. Not only was I given a prompt appointment. On the day of my service, the mechanic inspected the car and told me how a service was not due, however investigated why alerts were being triggered. It was found that the battery needed replacing.
Honestly, if you guys are looking for honest and reliable mechanics then these are your guys. They are slighly more than chain garages such as KwikFit, but honestly the difference is so minor and actually is worth it for the honesty and EXCELLENT customer service. Trust me these guys will never add in extra uneccessary costs. If anything they explain things cleary as to what needs fixing/ replacing and if so by when.
I've definately found my garage ... i hope this inspire you all too :)
