I have never been satisfied with other scooter shops in Worthing; many of the dealers don’t know their stock well and will try to sell you anything if only to get your money. I have bought many second hand scooters from various retailers in the Worthing area and all have developed faults days after the guarantee ran out!
I found Russell’s Mobility just after they opened 4 years ago! I own two scooters that I purchased from them the first being a Cordoba which was second hand it is a work horse I have never had any problems with it since the day I bought it from them, if not for my wife needing a scooter I would still be riding it around today! However I decided that as I had saved enough money I would treat myself to a new scooter, so the first place I looked to was Russell’s! I have to say that the customer service I received from Mario and Jane was top notch! I must have tried every new scooter they had in the shop, the patience shown and the explanation of each scooters function and suitability for me was exceptional. I bought an Invacare comet! I have had this scooter now for 3 months; I am so pleased with it that I just had to write this review for Russell’s Mobility, I would recommend Russell’s every day of the week and twice on Sundays (even though they aren’t open Sunday’s lol)
