Visited today for the very first time this was my first haircut since lockdown and as a wheelchair user going to the hairdressers can be quite daunting but the salon is accessible and the staff couldn't do enough for me which put me at ease I want to say a big thank you to Jade she did a great job on my hair she listened to me and gave me advice on aftercare I will definitely be back x

Jade Mason cut my hair today and I absolutely love it. She's a trainee so I wasn't expecting my experience to be as lovely as it was! Thank you!!

So today I visited the Leeds branch for a cut and finish with a lady called Steph, I have to say I was quite scared about visiting the salon due to having bad experiences with hair cuts in the past in other salons, and visiting a new one just made me alittle on edge, even after having a consultations with Steph I have to say I was still nervous about if I had projected exactly what I wanted the end result to be... or it actually be even possible to achieve, but after a very thorough hair cut Steph totally got every detail just perfect, Thank you Steph for your amazing work, I walked out feeling a million dollars and to team Eaton for making my first experience at your salon just perfect! I would highly recommend a visit for an A* service

Love this salon. Went here after a hair disaster in York. I go with Robert and he is amazing. Never had so many compliments on my hair. I’m not usually one to spend money on getting my hair done but I wouldn’t go back now I’ve been coming to Russell Eaton.. highly reccomend. Staff are lovely, Great experience from start to finish.
