Great service!

I have been working with Rumbles since 2012 and can not fault them. They have given us a consistently good service with a great deal of thoughtfulness. Mr Mistry always exudes a sense of calmness in his corresponding, where nothing to him is ever a problem. I have found them to offer good a solutions and a great service!

Terrible customer service

I went into store before the crowds to buy my son’s uniforms. There were a number of things that they didn’t have in stock and advised that I use the online service if I wanted to avoid the queues. After waiting 10 days for delivery, I received the wrong item! The response from the owner - “return to store”. When I pointed out that I had paid 6.99 for delivery and for the stores error now expected me to pay again for parking and petrol and my time, they don’t even have the courtesy to reply!
In summary - they didn’t have the stock because I went early, the online system is slow, there is no return label or system for wrong items and they don’t reply to your emails.
