Poor communication
1We then went to their showroom to chat a bit more about our requirements in November and agreed on the work to start early April. We were hoping to get some advice on choosing the materials and to finalise the quote in January. But several of our phone calls, emails and left messages (all answered) later we just gave up.
Now, 3 working days before the work was supposed to start, we received a phone call from the man, asking if we're all set - materials still not chosen, quote still not finalised - I don't think these people understand or care about their customer needs!
The man was annoyed with us for not letting him know that we gave up on them 🤣
They wasted so much of our time, we could have had our bathrooms fitted by now!
We are sorry we have let you down Julie. It is unfortunate that for the second time we have been hit with Covid throughout the company with the entire team wiped out, which essentially closed us down for 3 weeks throughout our busiest period. We can assure you that customer needs are a very high priority of ours, however due to these unprecedented circumstances we acknowledge we were unable to follow things up to our usual standard. We agreed to book your dates to cover your holiday in April & although these dates weren’t moved, we do accept the lack of communication before works were due to start, which again we apologise sincerely for.
