Royce Turf Supplies

I have made several orders with Royce in recent weeks and have been dealing with Karen Sadler in their office and over the phone. Karen has been fantastic each and every time. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Ordered 2.5 pallets (200 meters) from Royce turf and was told the delivery would be mid morning. Our job was only 20 minutes away so I went and picked up half a pallet, so we had something to get on with. At 11:07 it still hadn’t come, so I called up and was told it was on its way. It got to 12:05 and it still hadn’t arrived, which I thought was strange, so I called again. This time I was told that the driver hadn’t even left their yard yet. Unfortunately I will now get the delivery around 1 if I’m lucky and will have to lay 160 meters’ before I can go home. It’s a shame I wasn’t told the truth as I could have driven back and collected some more instead of sitting around. 😞

Purchased 70 m2 of turf 2 weeks ago. Spent ages reading reviews and couldn't find any companies without some negative reviews. Eventually chose Royce Turf & Irrigation. Very pleased I did. Quality turf delivered on time exactly when I needed it. Laid it myself on the same day. Now 2 weeks in - looking great.
