We absolutely love Royce cakes that we order from them every year!. The taste, designs and quality are amazing and I am always beyond satisfied with the customer service, especially dealing with Joseph. Thank you for the sweet service!

Terrible is the apt word, especially when I have to say about their attitude. They neither have the professionalism not the courtesy nor even the decency to honor their word. Having been unable to make the cake to the specification, the arrogant and vainglorious manager has the cheek to question to have come late to collect the cake, which by the way was not even ready. And there was no sense of remorse for their shabby behavior.

Their quality and service is as pathetic as the hygiene of their poorly maintained, rodent infested eye sore that they call a bakery.

If you are seeking a fun filled exciting party for your loved ones, I'd say just forget if you have ordered a cake from this shop.
