Great vet (exotic animal vet) but the business as a whole is far too expensive. The estimate cannot be relied upon and quite frankly £450 for a rescue budgie to be treated seems far too expensive. Also the parking outside is not for customers as implied. It’s residents only.

Keep Away!!!

This institution exists only to exploit animals and cares for nothing other than money. I’ve had plenty of experience with them to finally leave a review. Different vets give completely opposite opinions and should not be trusted! Go somewhere else if you can, your beautiful animals rely only on you! These so called vets are incompetent, do not care and will do anything to keep you coming back. I regret taking my animals to that place.

Exemplary service

I have had nothing but the best treatment for my Kerry Blue Terrier at the RVC. He has always been treated with the utmost care and compassion despite numerous ailments. Although he is terminally ill with a rare cancer I feel he is in the very best hands. All my questions have been considered and answered… I have never felt coerced into a treatment for him where his needs haven’t been put first. Faye Forsythe is the best and most knowledgeable vet anyone could wish to see. The costs are far lower than other North London Vets and the most up to date knowledge is available due to the fact that it is a training college.

Truly excellent vets, highest standards.

I was recommended to go to the Beaumont Animal Hospital by a chicken breeder group. I was a bit apprehensive due to the reviews below, but as I had a bad experience with my own local vet, I brought my sick chicken to them. They assigned us to the specialist “exotics” team (who knew chickens were exotic!) who were very knowledgeable and dealt with us with kindness and compassion.

They offered an inpatient stay as my hen was so sick but, as you would expect, this costs. They didn’t bat an eyelid or make me feel like a terrible person when I elected to treat my chicken as an outpatient. Sadly the treatment failed and they kindly took my hen in to euthanise her. The bills were much more reasonable than other vets in North London. They even sent us a condolence card, which I thought was a lovely touch.

I completely trust them and wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my other animals to them. True professionals, displaying humanity and knowledge.

Thank you RVC.

MONEY MAKING HOSPITAL NOT REAL VETS FEELS LIKE THEY USE YOUR PET AS CASH COW

Money making hospital and not supporting in any way. £175- £450 consultation charge, every time you call price is different. very unprofessional approach over the phone. They have been threating that if we will go to another vet it will cost us more. our vet asked to do x-ray scan and Beaumont still was asking to charge for consultation.
