Excellent service - excellent price. We bought two Collins and Haye sofas - the Royal Oak price was £1500 cheaper than the price quoted (£5000) by the shop in our town. They have all the trusted makes and offer good advice - also allow you to look around without trailing you. We ordered an extra two metres of fabric which was not dropped off with the delivery. However, after a quick phone call, it was dropped off at 9am the following morning so excellent after-sales service. Thank you for all your help - two very well-satisfied customers!

Past dealings with this company were very good, unfortunately not this occasion. Had a fault with a settee I bought but I found, If you have a complaint, dont complain, you won't even get a simple apology, ie, we are really sorry this happened, no it wasnt acceptable and yes there are a couple of issues we could take on board. That was all as a customer i was asking for, a genuine apology, nothing more. In 25+ years of retail management have I hope ever left a customer thinking they were in the wrong to complain. Probably give this company a wide berth in future which is a shame really as they do have some really nice furniture.

ROYAL OAK ARE BRILLIANT. KEVIN IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THE STAFF ARE THE SAME AND THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. I GOT JUST WHAT I REQUIERED AT A GREAT PRICE AND DELIVERED TWO DAYS LATER. WHERE ELSE COULD YOU FIND SERVICE LIKE THAT. THANKS ROYAL OAK. MR OREILLY AND A VERY HAPPY WIFE.

Excellent Quality

My Grandparents had their new 3 piece from here as it was a very good quality and high settee for them to use as they have difficulty sitting too low and there was a massive selection to choose from. The staff were very helpful, no long ridiculous delays like the major high street shops and all British made and top quality. I was also surprised at the modern and funky furniture they had available here also and will be coming here myself for my next settee as the price is superb for the quality. All delivered by staff and staff were very helpful, would highly recommend.
