Roys helped us out when an airport pick up was delayed by 18 hours and we couldn't cover, very helpful and professional service. Our customers where very pleased with their service.

From the moment our driver Dudley arrived everything was totally professional, and at the same time relaxed - friendly without being familiar. There was a small mix up with some of our party, who hadn't made it clear where they were to be picked up, so Dudley drove between the two pick-ups to try to find them! We were dropped off near Peterborough Cathedral and had arranged to meet where we had been dropped off, but because of traffic the coach was on the other side of the road. Dudley sent a text to let us know he was in a different place - not had that before (from other companies), a really personal touch. I would certainly recommend Roy's for any coach needs, excellent value, good quality coaches and extremely good service. Thank you for your service. Geoff and the choir and friends.

We used Roy's minibus for a hen weekend to Brighton. It was always on time and we had a lovely bus. It had air con and leather seats. The girls were impressed! Roy's also beat the quotes we had got. We were also allowed to decorate the bus which was lovely. Alan our driver was great.
