Absolutely Amazing!!! What a brilliant company, everyone from ladies on reception to Gary and every one of the removals guys. The price for our move was very good considering how complicated it was going from 4 bed detached to an upstairs apartment with very unusual tight staircases. The guys at Roy Jack's never complained, had a brilliant sense of humour and Can Do attitude. We were delayed a day by Solicitors not getting the keys in time but Roy Jack's Widnes went above and beyond to help. Keith helped me sort a problem with items I had to leave in my buyers shed. Gary was extremely helpful, fixing a door and giving practical advice. Also, they delivered a piano to someone local. If it wasn't for this company I have no idea how I would have survived the move at all. Everyone of the staff members did their best and the ladies on reception communicated information extremely well keeping everyone involved in the move informed. Nice guys, very professional, no fuss. Not amazingly sloppy! Whole cupboards left and my cleaner emptied the bathroom or I suspect that would have been missed too. Not at all what I expected.

Jay and Shaun moved us from Surrey to Chester without any fuss and very neatly. We had a large lorry full and they turned up at the time they said, calling ahead to confirm.

They started loading immediately after a quick recce and carried on until early evening. Next morning they finished the job and when all was done headed north with a cheery wave. All this on the hottest two days of the summer.

Moving in to our new home was just as straightforward. After a short while in storage, our furniture arrived over two days in three deliveries which allowed us to unpack sensibly.

Overall using Roy Jacks was a great experience that took the stress out of an essential part of buying a new house. The staff, both removers and their colleagues in the office were professional and friendly and the company gave us good prices (including having our furniture in storage for a while before moving into our new home). Can thoroughly recommend this firm.
