Excellent Service

Our dishwasher broke, I called Roy and he assessed it, said we needed a new one because it was 18 years old, and ordered it, fitted it and removed the old one, all in the space of a couple of working days. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He delivered a great service and Covid protection measures compliant. I will definitely use Roy again. Great communication and prompt response. Thanks Roy.

I contacted Roy Davidson recently for advice on replacing my non-functioning oven, having previously used his business in 2015 when my washing machine became beyond repair. This time, as before, Roy was really helpful, and I was confident to trust the impartial advice he gave. Supply and installation of my new oven was promptly and painlessly arranged, and I have been delighted with it since. I highly recommend Roy for his professional service he provides.

Poor quality caused a lot of damage

One star is being very polite service after major fault created no response after many many telephone and e mails sorry to say Mr Davidson never had the courtesy to call or give any help whatsoever

In response, the appliance in question was over 10 years old as limited parts were avaiilable for it. The repair was carried out successfully and fully checked prior to leaving. The failure of the appliance was in no part due to a substandard repair. The customer was given a full refund and due to the customer wishing to claim more it was referred to insurance companies. At no time was the customer ignored by myself or the insurance company.
