I cannot recommend this company enough and recently have used again and outstanding customer service, great communication throughout and a very fast and efficient turn around and attention to detail to have my cassettes turned into DVD's so able to watch and returned back to me is priceless as my little girl growing up. I contacted Rowan Video & Audio after spending a lot of time trying to edit a home -made wedding video.
I received a great service from the moment they picked up the phone to receiving the professional condensed video footage they put together for me. I even had issues with downloading some of the footage for them so I sent my video-recorder and sim into them for them to download directly and they sent it straight back to me. They went above and beyond to create what I needed. In fact they were so good, that I had them do 2 wedding video's for me in the space of a month. They're quick, professional, reliable, trustworthy and above all, affordable. I definitely recommend them.

Ever so pleased with the home DVD editing that has recently been done. It is so nice to have individual clips of special moments of happy memories, than having to look through many DVDs to see where the clip is. Going to be a great Christmas present for the family.
