Please don't engage with Rouds if you love your peace of mind. Dealing with management is worse than breaking your head against the wall. The management never delivers what they commit and have no values towards verbal commitments.

The tenants are slave and money making factory for the management / owner.

The quality of service is worst and living standards are provided are as good as stable.
