Fitted boiler and accidentally caused flood in my home. Didn't even phone to apologise or check everything was ok. Left all over Xmas with wet floors. This company only responded when threatened with legal action and I had to do this three times on three separate occasions for issues that had arisen from the flood. They ignored most emails, avoided phone calls with a list of reasons the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable. I had to more or less beg to get the floors that they had damaged replaced. When threatened with legal action they came round and took countless photos ( they must have more photos of my house on their phones than their own families) At one point they had a contractor in replacing the floors when the pipes were still leaking! I was treated with suspicion right from the start even though it wasn't my fault, they took nearly 6 months to replace the floors and then they refused to replace some furniture that was damaged that was sat flush to the floor, left nearly 700 pound out of pocket as I had to buy new furniture, then they had the cheek to argue over replacing an upstairs hallway floor that was tiny and only took 1 pack of laminate! In the end I paid for this also when to be honest, as I had had seven months of stress with an upside down wet house and had been fobbed off on numerous occasions they should have at least acknowledged this but they didn't. Given 1 star because the fitting of the actual boiler was perfect and despite the accident the plumber worked hard,was polite and on time.
The company has appalling customer service, they don't communicate with each other and pass messages on, have problems receiving emails and just reply when they feel like it, tend to avoid phone phone calls when something goes wrong then question everything after you have been waiting weeks for a reply.I'm sure Mr Rothwell is quite a hard-working and honest chap, it's a pity his staff have let him down like this causing 7 months of stress.
Avoid this company like the plague if you have any sense and please pass the message on as I have to family and friends.

Lazy, impolite, did the bare minimum. Work caused a flood which they refused to acknowledge blame for or put right. Avoid at all costs
