Thank you to Mark and the Rotec team for the installation of our new alarm system. Thoroughly professional, efficient and totally reliable company, would recommend to anyone thinking of a new security system. A big thank you to our engineer Brennan, who installed our system, explaining everything about the functions of the system, was friendly, polite and a pleasure to have in our home, he even took away our old alarm box & panel, sweeping up before he left.

I had an alarm fitted by Rotec Alarms five years ago. On my initial enquiry Mark came out to survey the property. He was very helpful explaining the different functions. There wasn't any pressure to purchase the alarm. The service since they had been excellent. If I have a problem they are out the same day or the latest the next day.
I would highly recommend them

Amazing Company

We have been using Rotec Alarms for 8 years, we have had 2 alarms and security lights fitted by them in our old home and new one. The app they provide to monitor the alarm is brilliant and gives peace of mind when you are away. On going we use their maintenance team for an annual check. They are very professional and good value for money. Their operatives are polite, respectful, efficient, they always get any job fixed first time and quickly which is great when you have a busy home life. I have always recommend them to all my friends and family and I will continue to do so.

From 1st contact to completion of the job found the staff to be very good with the communication and helpful.
Engineer kept informed of arrival and prompt time keeping (Brennan) very polite and pleasant neat -tidy work .
