5 star scrap yard.

Took my scrap from home that has been building up for many months..
Came in the yard 3 guys helped me unload the metal as i have a bad back and talked me through some handy tips for seperating differant metals in the future..
Nice clean yard well recommended

Sloppy lazy staff, hidden wieght scales. sarky comments and £1 charge for payments

Don't go at lunchtime when theyre sat down, they wont rush to deal with you. Don't think they will unload without them making a comment about you not unloading yourself. dont think you can see the wieght scales as they are hidden in a little hut.
Will never go there again. Thank god a quick search has reveled so many other scarp merchants, time to give them a try.

Just like to say my staff are very helpful and work very hard plus the scale weights are on view for all to see and then the process of metals & prices and transferred by computer,and the charge is a bank charge nothing to do with ross metals ps we haven't got a little hut
