Fantastic service. Competitive price. The guys were brilliant. Took great care of my furniture. They had to wait around for us for over 4 hours for the go ahead from solicitors yet they never complained once. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 👍😊

We had the most stressful moving day, to which the funds to our new home did not transfer in time to get our keys. All our worldly belongings sat waiting at the other end to be unpacked outside our new home. Ross lee we very considerate to our needs, me a furious and blubbering mess, and ensured us our possessions would be stored safely overnight until the following morning when all funds would be transferred. They also very kindly managed to deliver our possessions later the following day, juggling things around at their end.

Cannot fault them. Their delivery guys are quick efficient and hard working. Thank you Ross Lee for a fab job.

The 3 guys who did our move were fantastic. We opted for the packing service and the arrived the day before the move and packed everything efficiently and well. There were no breakages. They also labelled the boxes well so unpacking was easier at the other end. On the next day, the loading of the lorry was carried out efficiently. There was a delay in getting the keys for our new house which meant that we didn't start unloading until 2 pm. Unloading took 5 hours, but the guys worked tirelessly to get everything into our new house in spite of the rain. We were so impressed with the effort we bought them all pizza for helping us out so much. Thank you!

They are withholding goods deliberately because they will not honour the contract of payment on completion of delivery.
They have also damaged goods, and are not responding to polite letters of breach of contract describing also the damage caused.
The men complained of being very overworked and being miserable.
