Great service. Ross IT know their stuff. I’m not a complete novice but this was beyond my comfort zone. They got the job done for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend and will reuse when the need arises.

Excellent service. Ross diagnosed issues with my daughters laptop quickly, repaired and serviced it just as fast as she needed it urgently for online schooling! He explained exactly what was wrong with the device in a way that I could understand and also recommended what to do to future-proof the device.
Very happy to report my daughter is back online today with a working laptop. Thank you
