Ross is beyond just being a fantastic and experienced sweep. He is a kind, lovely man who gives off a very calm energy. He made us feel very comfortable with him in our home. He gets the job done thoroughly and safely. He's one of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our dog loved him and so did we.

I’ve used Ross to sweep my chimney for quite a few years, and it’s always been a top class job at a very fair price. Ross is careful and considerate in every way, he is meticulous in his approach to the job and clearly loves his work. He offers good, sound advice and is unfailingly friendly, courteous and respectful of property. I unreservedly recommend him.

Arrived punctually and very respectful of social distancing in current situation and respectful of property too. He certainly knew his stuff and gave good advice and information, including on why coal soot is harmful to the garden, but wood ash is not. Courteous and professional attitude with taking pride in his work and knowing how important it is for safety and health. The place was cleaner after he'd been than it was before and the fire flamed and burnt well.
