Rosha Joiners & Builders are a small building firm which has been successful in business since 1990, carrying out work mainly in East Kilbride and the south side of Glasgow.

All projects are managed by me personally as I am on site throughout the duration of the works.

We only carry out one project at any one time maintaining a dedicated service until completion .From kitchen and bathroom supply and installation, loft conversions, house extensions, garage extensions, we provide a quality professional service.

We are a competitive company who take great pride in the finished product as most of our work comes from recommendations.

The work force is professional, friendly and reliable. We also maintain a tidy site and keep disruption to the family environment to a minimum.

We can supply as many references as deemed necessary.

Rosha in high demand but we waited. It was worth it as the major work to build an extension was completed to our satisfaction and that of SLC. In choosing Rosha you can be assured any work undertaken will be quality. Happy to supply pictures.

Excellent Tradesman and Quality Finish

Delighted Customers

Delighted with our new kitchen dining area. Met with several contractors to discuss our plans and decided to proceed with Bobbie and glad we did; he offered advice, provided timescales and at a competitive price and was happy to accomodate some changes and additions along the way. Totally trustworthy left the key to the house so he could get on with it and I have a very happy wife enjoying her stunning new kitchen.

First class building company

I cannot recommend Rosha highly enough, the quality of work was first class. Every stage of build was completed to plan, the site was always left tidy and safe. We were consulted at every stage of build and the attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was any trouble including my requirements for runs of numerous HDMI, audio speaker cables and a number of extra electrical sockets. The solid construction was also matched by the first class internal finishing. Our requirements for a mixture of facing brick and render were also accommodated to great effect. Rosha work on one build at a time so there is no disappearing to another job every so often and arrival on site was consistent all thru the build. The finished build is totally solid, looks fantastic and exceeded our fairly high expectations.
This was the second job we have had done by Rosha and confirmed our choice in going back for this latest investment.

Rosha Builders recently replaced my ancient kitchen. Bobbie recommend a kitchen supplier, resourced all the appliances & fitted the kitchen all fit a very competitive price. Nothing was too much bother. The best recommendation I can give is that Rosha are now replacing my friend’s kitchen.
