Super quick service from Alec - boiler serviced within 1 day of the call. Danny came and advised on all aspects of the boiler after having done the job. Impressed with his attention to detail - he worked in his socks which was much appreciated as it shows a lot of respect for the client which is in short supply these days. We needed our boiler relocating from the kitchen. Alec came round to quote and was very practical, he came up with a couple of different solutions to suit us and explained them clearly. The quote was competitive. We opted to have a combi boiler installed in the loft, this required removal of the old boiler, cylinder in the airing cupboard, water tanks in the loft and a lot of re-direction of pipework. Alec advised it could take 3 days. He arrived on scheduled and worked efficiently along with his colleague, neighbours even commented on how organised and efficient he was. The job was completed in just 2 days and everything has worked perfectly since. The house was left very clean and tidy, you wouldn't know any work had been carried out from that point of view. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alec out if there ever was a problem or we wanted further work doing. I highly recommend his services.

I have used Alec at Rosendales Heating & Plumbing twice now and I am delighted to have found such a reliable and honest plumber who I will not hesitate to use again and again. Alec is a great guy, really knows his stuff and is very trustworthy. He has recently installed a new heating system for me and removed my old system without any issues, and at a very reasonable price. He worked so hard that he didn't even stop for a cup of tea!
