We offer Professional clothing tailoring & alterations for both ladies and gents, high standards of workmanship being our first priority.

We are a small family run business been in clothing business for over 40 years located in a lovely, cosy shop on Kirkgate in Ripon.We offer a wide range of clothing alterations and tailoring services, from Shortening or lengthening of Trousers/Skirts, Letting out or Taking in Waists, Tailoring Shirts, Adjusting jackets to much more complex adjustments!

Fantastic little shop

What a wonderful find ,
I needed my very expensive seasalt raincoat fixed as the company even though said they’d refund me couldn’t replace it as stopped making that style .
So I discovered this brilliant little shop with such a friendly family and they’ve managed to fix my coat on the spot !!
So chuffed

Amazing!

I took in a pair of much loved linen dungarees that I bought 23 years ago in the USA. I'd completely ripped them on one leg, nowhere near the seam. I didn't hold out much hope for them really!
When I collected them, however, I couldn't actually find where the tear had been! Absolutely amazing handy work by this master tailor and I'm very grateful 🙏!
