When you put your trust in me to capture memories for your family, it’s like welcoming a long-lost friend into your home. There is no need to pick out your best dress, make the house spotless or bribe your kids to be “good”. We simply go about your normal day together and I just happen to take some photographs along the way that represent your real life. Creating memories that will take you back to how it feels to be in your family right now, that capture the everyday moments, as well as the adventures.

Together we create a visual story of your family that is yours and yours alone – a story of your favourite things, your special quirks, of unconditional love. An heirloom that you and your growing children can revisit time and again, as these tiring but oh so precious years fly by so fast and one day all we will be left with is the photographs.

Rose is an amazing photographer and person to work with. It was our first time doing a documentary photography session and she made it feel so relaxed, comfortable and natural. Our young kids (3 and 1 years old) also felt comfortable around Rose and loved having her there. I am so happy with the results and the images we have now to remember fun family times and the personality of our sweet babies.

Rose Dedman photography

Rose came to our house to photograph us putting up our Christmas decorations. She was so professional and warm yet we barely noticed her there taking photographs so it all felt completely natural. We all really enjoyed the experience and for a camera shy family, this was a first! When the photos arrived, we were blown away. Rose really managed to capture some of the most special and unique moments of the evening. We have a set of photos now that will remind us of that moment in time forever and have a huge selection of prints to choose from to display in our house. We are so glad we chose Rose and will definitely be using her again for future special events.

Incredible photography of the comfort of a normal day

Rose is an incredible photographer and such a kind gentle woman, she is very professional without making you uncomfortable like other kind of photo shoots can do. She creates a relaxed environment and doesn’t take from the reality of what a normal day is for your family. She is very talented and I just look in awe at my photos on my wall every day, they capture raw and real moments that capture love, calm and chaos.

Would highly recommend.
