Magnificent

Stunning bouquet of red roses for Valentines. Not only were they in superb condition and so beautiful they took my breath away, they last 2 whole weeks and even now I have a Magnificent Seven left. Ordered through Interflora, which usually means (in my experience) that you get the dregs - but in this case Rosanna’s went way beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Thank you.

Not good in any way.

My son sent me flowers from Rosanna's through Interflora today. The first arrangement arrived and the delivery experience was awful. The flowers were falling apart as she shoved them towards me, without even a smile. I complained to the shop and had them picked up by the same woman, who snarled at me about not telling her on delivery they weren't up to scratch. Second arrangement was delivered by same unfriendly, smileless woman who said, 'are they good enough?' Phoned shop and complained about this whole experience, on my birthday. I had other flowers delivered today by The Flower Shop in Bushey. They are amazing and the delivery man was a joy.

My fella ordered flowers by interflora in braintree unfortunately the order went to roseanna in watford st albans road he spent £39 ON THEM . the flowers were delivered on friday lilly s rose s and carnations well they all drooped so reported it to shop and the bloke said what flowers had died told him and he delivered cheap bunch of mixed colour carnations disgusted to say the least they look like £4.95 bunch from tesco
